Dr. Nabeel Alsaadi, B.A., D.C., M.A.O.
Osteomyologist / Spine & Wellness Specialist
Practice Director
I hail from Dallas, Texas and I have moved to the UK along with my lovely English wife Dalia. I’m passionate about people’s health and wellbeing and strongly believe that the care we provide at the Spine & Wellness Centre allows them to fulfil their optimal health!
I’m registered and proud to be a member of the Association of Osteomyologists and practice as an Osteomyologist in the United Kingdom; I received my Doctorate degree from the prestigious Parker University, College of Chiropractic and my Bachelors degree from the University of Texas, Arlington. My educational training ranges from Chiropractic, Spinal Corrective Care, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical and Functional Medicine, Physical Rehabilitation, Physio-modalities, Nutrition, Sports Injury recovery and overall Wellness and by relying on these multiple disciplines I am a dedicated Osteomyologist. Osteomyology puts aside the usual tunnel vision of rigidly trained philosophies and allows the doctor/practitioner to switch seamlessly from one bodywork protocol to another even combining some methods together, this way the doctor/practitioner is never defeated as his/her armoury is limitless and hence focussing on providing better patient care. My clinical focus and passion revolves around Posture, Spinal Corrective Care and Wellness. I have also spent over three years of my professional career working with the American Heart Association helping to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
I’m very passionate about my family. My wife Dalia and I enjoy spending time with our family as well as maintaining a healthy and active life style.
I am looking forward to sharing my “Good Ole Southern Hospitality” with our community and all of our Spine & Wellness Centre patients ensuring that they receive the best care possible!

Jessica King, BSc (Hons) GSR
Rehabilitator & Sports Massage Therapist
Practice Coordinator
I graduated from St. Mary’s University College, Twickenham having completed a three year degree in Sport Rehabilitation. Within this degree, I was trained in many disciplines including anatomy, injury/ pain recognition and treatment, rehabilitation of injuries, sports massage, biomechanical assessment, hydrotherapy, soft tissue techniques and rehabilitation for cardiac patients. As part of my degree, I completed placements in a number of clinics and sports clubs in and around London which was supplemented by additional voluntary work with other sporting organisations to gain more firsthand experience. I have also completed a comprehensive nutrition course and have gained the necessary qualification to practice dry needling.
I am registered with the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT) which is an ever-expanding body representing practitioners like myself within the UK. My individual final year research project was on the effectiveness of strapping and taping on the proprioception and stabilization of the ankle and consequently this is one of my particular clinical interests. I am also very interested in biomechanics and the way that people walk and run, as by making small corrections, it can have an enormous influence on improving individual’s pain.
I am currently employed to provide match day pitchside support to Luton Rugby Football Club first team, and hold a similar role with Hitchin Ladies rugby team.
From a young age, I have always loved sport and exercise and competed for school and county in a number of disciplines. Being so active, I have had my fair share of injuries and understand and empathize with the need to return to activity as effectively and quickly as possible. Outside of the world of rehab and fitness, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, playing netball and watching Harlequins RFC and Arsenal FC!

Theo Waardenburg, BSc
Community Outreach
I have recently graduated from the University of Kent in Canterbury with a BSc Honorary degree in Economics. Whilst at university I was heavily involved in sport and worked at the university sports club, from which I have not only had many injuries myself but have witnessed many injuries in others and have seen and experienced many of the methods that are taken to correct them.In my role as Community Outreach Coordinator I look forward to raising awareness of the multiple types of care provided by our team at the Spine and Wellness Centre. Furthermore encourage the community to become better educated on how to address all of their aches, pains, sports injuries, etc in a natural and non invasive manner.
I look forward to meeting you

Ellie Mead
Practice Assistant
I have recently finished my GCSE’s at The Barclay School, Stevenage and I am now studying my A levels at The Barclay School 6 form. I am studying Double B Tech sport, Applied ICT and Young Enterprise. Part of my A level in Sport is learning about Anatomy and Physiology, it is one of my subjects.
I play ladies football for Stevenage Boro Ladies. I have always loved participating in sport as it creates a healthy and active lifestyle, relieves stress and you can meet people throughout. By joining the Spine and Wellness team I am learning a lot about how important it is to ensure we all have a healthy lifestyle and make sure we try to make it stay that way.
I look forward to meeting you
